WATERBIRTH UNPLUGGED
From 30 weeks pregnant
Water brings another dimension to labour and birth, This is a chance for you and your partner to understand the qualities it provides. We will look at the advantages of using water to aid relaxation and provide freedom of movement. This is your chance to ask all those questions, see a pool, and become familiar with its use.
