You all have busy lives but this is an opportunity to take time out. Make these three morning sessions a special time for you and your baby, dispel those fears, learn coping strategies, and gain the skills to birth with confidence. We will explore a variety of topics-covering relaxation, breathing techniques, active birth, and exercise.
Fit it in before work and consider having this session with the other pregnant ladies, and then follow with your partner at 2 becomes 3.
Remember your employer must allow you time to attend antenatal appointments and classes.
