Saturday morning session

This session is held on a Saturday when you and your partner are free to enjoy a morning anticipating the birth of your baby. Together you can gain some beneficial support techniques for labour, both physically and emotionally. We will explore the changes ahead, and look at ways to cope with this exciting new era. It is a chance to answer some of your questions and remove the anxiety- so you can ---- Birth with confidence

As there are so many questions, and points to discuss about the first weeks of your baby's life, my colleague-Jaqui Portsmouth-joins me.

Jaquie is a highly qualified Health Visitor and midwife, and we are privileged to gain from her expertise.
