Lynn, Your classes are fantastic.

I really enjoyed them. Your informal style and practical approach of letting the body get on with it really helped me to understand that I can do this. The 2 becomes 3 package was so informative to my husband Ben. He thinks your brilliant!!

Thank you so much for your classes. They were so helpful!

I was overdue and was induced 11 days later in winchester. nothing happened until 2am the following morning, It started as back ache. So I went on the tens machine and walked about leaning on the sink and bed! (I remembered) at 3.30 the pain got abit worse called the mid wife I was 8cm dilated! I called Craig to come in. went into the delivery room went onto gas and air. craig got there at 4.30am and Charlotte arrived at 5.07am weighing 7lb 9oz.

It was fantastic. I delivered standing up and squatting the mid wife was great aswell.
Thank you for your classes if I hadn't gone to them I am sure I wouldn't have been so calm and prepared.

Oh yes I also wanted to tell you that I had a totally natural birth with gas and air in the pool - it was such a positive experience and he was born so smoothly and calmly.

Thank you for running the Xtra classes. Just having those extra classes in the weeks leadng up my due date really helped to reassure me - seeing the 'wave' chart of contractions for some reason really helped me visualise what was happening when I went into labour! I also found the unstructured and flexible nature of the classes extremely useful - it meant that we got to cover the issues and topics that were important to us.

Most of all though, I have met other women who have become friends...thank you!!!
