This is an exciting time, but maybe, also one of apprehension and possibly fear! You have suddenly started on an emotional roller coaster-with countless questions.

Early days is an informative session that covers all aspects of pregnancy, and addresses your hopes and fears. Some ideas to ease those discomforts of early pregnancy, and help readjust your lifestyle. A chance to meet others, and ask questions in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.

This session is held over a lunchtime. This gives you a chance to get out of work, enjoy some time to celebrate this pregnancy and have a tasty light bite and beverage.
